Dioner Navarro was designated for assignment and AJ Ellis has been promoted from Albuquerque to replace him. The timing is bizarre, since roster’s will expand soon, so I think it has something to do with the fact that he was playing some of the worst defense I’ve ever seen on this trip. Federowicz is practically guaranteed a September callup now.
