It confirms what we have been thinking. That is, your man, Lindblom, and Elbert getting a shot at SP and Blake Dewitt at 2B. Hence the talk of end of rotation guys and a back up type 2B. Plus strengthening the bench. I still think JP will be traded if Ned can find a fit financially. I hope for JP's sake that he will. He isn't getting any younger. I expect if anything big is going to happen it will be at the trade deadline this year, depending on how we are doing. I know the rumors are usually wild speculation caused by a name being mentioned.
