I don&#039;t know about Ausmus, he might get a MLB job right away.  He&#039;s that smart! 

Several hitting coaches have transitioned from retirement to coaching in the majors - Terry Pendleton comes to mind.  He retired in 1998 and got his first coaching job as the Braves Hitting Instructor in 2001, hired by Bobby Cox.

Loretta?  He&#039;ll probably have to go to the minors, but it depends upon the situation.

Ramirez&#039; defense?  Not as good as Raffy, but I don&#039;t see him going to 3B for a few years, unless the Marlins trade for a SS, because they don&#039;t have a good one on the horizon.</description>
