Prescription strength ibuprofen uses better fillers (the non-pharmaceutical stuff that is what makes up the majority of any pill), better fillers actually will deliver the drug to your body more effectively and quicker. Trust me, it may make a real difference. If you can get the inflammation down for a prolonged period of time, your body will actually start to mend again.
