THE OGDEN RAPTORS ROOKIE
The Raptors were idle.
THE ALBUQUERQUE ISOTOPES AAA
The Isotopes beat Round Rock 5-2.
ERIC STULTS (W, 3-0, 4.29), gave us a quality start going 6 innings and giving up 2 earned runs on 6 hits, 4 walks and 4 strike outs. LINDBLOHM (3.95), CHOI (2.20), and STRICKLAND (3.48) each pitched a shutout inning of 1 hit 0 walk ball and struck out at least one hitter (STRICKLAND fanned 2.) Maybe it’s time to give Strickland a Look-see as he earned his 20th save.
ROSARIO (.258), whacked a pinch hit solo shot. MAZA (.288), and ABREU (.337)!!! smacked doubles. ABREU, BROWN (.299), and STULTS (.400) all had 2 hit days. ABREU has been on fire and must be called up son!
THE CHATTANOOGA LOOKOUTS AA
The Lookouts played two–beating Mobile 14-7 and 3-0.
Game 1: CASTILLO (4.82), stunk, but managed to win the game–his 6th against 7 losses. He gave up 7 earned runs on 8 hits and 4 walks. He got his butt bailed out by CORORAN who finished the game giving up 2 hits, pitching shutout relief, and walking none.
NIVAR (.386), MAY (.306) and GODWIN (.250) all went deep. NIVAR also hit a triple. GODWIN, SELLERS (.299), BELL (.287), GILES (.289), BECKER (.244), and CASTILLO (.214), all hit 2-baggers.
GODWIN went 3-5. NIVAR, MAY, GILES, and BECKER all had 2 hit games.
Game 2: BATISTA (W, 5-0, 1.85), GARATE (H, 4, 1.96), and SARTOR (S, 9, 3.10) combined on a 1 hit shutout. They walked nobody and struck out 4.
MITCHELL (.214) went yard. NIVAR(.384) cracked a double. MITCHELL went 2-3 with 2 rbis.
THE INLAND EMPIRE 66ERS A ADVANCED
The 66ers lost to Cucamonga 6-2.
JOSH WALL (L, 1-5, 5.35), took the loss going 6 and giving up 4 earned runs on 9 hits, 2 walks and 2 K’ s. SANFLER ()4.73) mopped up the last 2 innings giving up 2 earned runs on 3 hits.
MIER (.219), hit a home run. CASERES (.296) hit his 21st double. ROBINSON (.308), and CASERES had 2 hit games in the loss.

The Loonies decided the grass was too damp to play upon yesterday despite the fact their was n o rain out per say. What a bunch of wusses!
