Kemp To Play More & Game Time Lineup

According to Diamond Leung Joe Torre allegedly said this to Matt Kemp:

“I told him just be patient. I know that’s not part of any young man’s vocabulary. I told him you’ll be playing most of it the rest of the way. I have a sense he’s going to get a good amount of time.”

Is someone going bye-bye?

Ned and Joe have real problem. Just what is the best starting line-up they can field?

Pierre has a big contract to sit on the bench.

Kemp is young, cheap, and learning his skills.

Pierre is fast and can go get the ball.

Kemp is pretty fast and can go get the ball.

Pierre has a weak throwing arm.

Kemp has a pretty strong throwing arm.

Pierre shows up early every day to get ready for the game.

    Kemp does his thing.

Pierre is a centerfielder that is now a leftfielder.

Kemp is a rightfielder that just might become a very good centerfielder.

    Pierre is frustrated.

    Kemp is frustrated.

At this rate, both are going know where. Both are wanting to play.

    Most fans want Pierre gone.

Most fans want Kemp in the line-up every day.

Gee, Ned and Joe — what 'ya gonna' do? Who is it gonna' be?

  2. Badger says:

Unless Kemp is a complete butterhead that is pissing everyone off, I think the choice is to keep him.

Of course, if the choice is trade value….. well, adios Matt.

    Goodbye, Andruw

If Blake DeWitt get stronger, and he will, the shot to the wall he hit in th 5th would be out of the park!

  5. mark says:

I’m not sure who #42 is, but he’s scored at least 11 runs already.

    He’s really good…

  6. Badger says:

DeWitt needs more seasoning. It’s my opinion that if he were sent to Vegas, he would tear it up. He has had a taste and will want more. We currently have three 3rd baseman and 2 left fielders. Who put this team together?

    Oh yeah.

  7. mark says:

    Can you say trade?

    DeWitt has lots of value.

    So does Lucas May.

    Pierre?

    Loaiza has value…
