04-04-08 - Gameday: Kuroda vs. Germano at Petco

kuroda22.jpgThis is the moment he’s been waiting for.  He’ll be so geeked that he’ll give up seven runs in the first inning or he’ll pitch a shutout.  What happens should tell us volumes about his makeup and character.  Kuroda gets his first regular season Dodger start, and what better team to beat than the Friars!  Kuroda has a 0.00 ERA this year.  Pretty Good, huh?

Did you know…

Over the last 50 years, the Dodgers have won more games (4,252), more pennants (nine), and more World Series (five) than any other club in the National League. Since the start of the modern era in baseball, the Dodgers of Brooklyn and Los Angeles, combined, have a cumulative attendance of more than 176 million, the highest total in the history of baseball or any other sport.
