02-05-08 - Dodgers Scout Writer Bill Shelley Dies
According to Tot Holmes of Dodgers.Scout.com, Bill Shelley has died. He had been on medical leave and couldn’t beat the Big C. While I can’t claim to know him well, I always talked with him every Spring and he was the most knowledgeable person about the Dodgers minor league players I have ever met. R.I.P> Bill. We will miss you.
